  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as ink cartridges, printer papers, or any opened and used items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns. Please contact us to confirm eligibility before returning these items.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@inkcartpro.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
